Claudette V. Ferron, Of Counsel and Litigation Team Lead, is a top tier experienced legal advisor and litigator with excellent legal writing, discovery, trial preparation, and trial skills. She has drafted high quality advisory memoranda, trial and appellate briefs, legal opinions, and investigative reports, and has conducted trials in dozens of state, federal, and administrative fora.

Ms. Ferron brings deep experience in the entire lifecycle of multi-party litigation, complex litigation, and defense of institutional defendants in highly regulated industries and their personnel, including major medical malpractice (insurance carriers, hospitals, and practitioners), and personal injury and employer liability defense of utility and quasi-governmental transportation providers. Training (theory) in medicine and medical protocols for treatment in various areas including, hematology, reproduction and birth trauma, basic neurology, internal medicine, and systemic diseases.

Ms. Ferron has first-chair litigation experience handling challenging, complex civil and landmark cases in areas to include EEO and employment law matters.
