Description of Work

O’Riordan Bethel supports the operations of the Office of General Counsel (“OGC”), Office of Justice Programs (“OJP”), U.S. Department of Justice. Our trained staff assists DOJ personnel in interpreting and complying with complex administrative and regulatory requirements in connection with OJP’s obligations under several federal statutes.

In this role, O’Riordan Bethel hires, trains and manages staff assigned to the OJP office.  We assure that OJP is fully compliant with all applicable protocols and procedures and adheres to project timelines.  We have communicated as appropriate with the COR and OGC supervisory staff to understand existing systems and procedures as well as planned or desired changes. We have jointly developed milestones and schedules for staff deliverables which we have communicated to O’Riordan Bethel staff.  We have monitored reports, staff meetings, and communications with the COR to assess progress. Through the use of these proven processes, we have identified problems with sufficient time to raise issues with OJP as needed and to develop corrective actions that conform to OJP requirements and timelines.
